After graduating culinary school in Costa Rica in 2013 and with the help of his dad, Marko went home to San Juan and was able to fulfill his dream of owning and operating a food truck in Puerto Rico in 2015. Where can you find us?
The El Chifrijo Food Truck can be seen all over the DFW area! You may find us at Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Zoo, the Perot museum, Deep Ellum Brewery or at a concert at the Dallas Arboretum. If you’re really lucky, we may show up at your work!
